KV Workz is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or expenses resulting from the installation, misuse, modification, or use of any product. Installation is performed at the customer's own risk.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their specific vehicle and aftermarket components prior to purchase and installation. While every effort is made to provide accurate compatibility information, KV Workz cannot guarantee fitment on vehicles that have been modified or equipped with aftermarket parts that have not been tested.

All products are sold "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law. Due to the handmade nature of KV Workz products, minor cosmetic variations or imperfections may be present and do not constitute defects.

KV Workz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.

All product names, vehicle names, trademarks, and brand names referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes. KV Workz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket brand unless explicitly stated.
