SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting KV Workz.

All products are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated. Current production times are listed on each product page and may vary depending on order volume and inventory availability.

KV Workz currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your order is completed, it will be packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. KV Workz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, KV Workz is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact KV Workz within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product so that a claim can be reviewed.

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Because all products are made to order, production starts shortly after an order is placed.

As inventory levels increase and products become available for immediate shipment, product listings will be updated to indicate "Ready to Ship" status when applicable.
