RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of all KV Workz products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for any reason other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Please review all product descriptions, photos, compatibility information, and installation instructions before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that minor cosmetic imperfections may be present as a result of the handmade manufacturing process.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact KV Workz within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and a replacement or other resolution may be provided at KV Workz's discretion.
KV Workz is not responsible for improper installation, modifications made by the customer, compatibility issues with untested aftermarket parts, or damage caused during installation or use.
